How do I create an account?

Shipping & Delivery

What are my shipping options?
We offer two shipping methods:
  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx, delivered in 10-15 business days after processing (1-2 days)
  • Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS, delivered in 15-25 business days after processing
Do you ship internationally?
We sure do! We ship worldwide, except to some remote areas and parts of Asia. International orders may be subject to customs fees, which are the buyer’s responsibility.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, we’ll send you tracking information faster than a lasso twirl at a rodeo. You can follow your package’s journey from our store in Woodland Hills all the way to your doorstep.
What if my delivery is delayed?

What’s your return policy?
We offer a “No Questions Asked” return policy within 15 days of delivery. If your gear doesn’t fit right or isn’t what you expected, send it back and we’ll process your refund quicker than a horse can bolt from an open gate.

Who pays for return shipping?
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. In those cases, contact us first and we’ll make it right.

Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund within 3-5 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
